That's a game guide. This one's most likely going to be like the big Character Guide books for the first two games. It's not out yet.

And... unfortunately no other info nor cover pics save for what's here.

It's now <a href="http://www.akadotretail.com/shop/shop_s ... ailable</a>! I scanned some sample pics there- as I thought, it's following the tradition of the Genso Suikoden II and I character books and features setting info and images, and concept character sketches. Two words- parrot Luc. XD;;;

Yeah, I bought it and it is a solid publication. However, the book manages to reveal nothing new unlike how the Suikoden II 108 stars guide had additional info on the characters. The concept art pictures are pretty cool though.
