Rhapsodia OST question

I just recently bought the Rhapsodia OST and noticed that it does not have one of my favorite tracks from the game on it. The track in question is the battle theme in the Earth Chamber in the Obel Ruins. Has anyone else noticed this or is it on the CD because if it is I cannot seem to find it on my OST.

EDIT: The track is titled Frigid Land and is a new arrangement of the Midwinter Land (Sindar Ruins BGM) music from Suikoden 3. My friend recently purchased the Japanese version of Rhapsodia (Suikoden Tactics) and the track is available on the Special Bonus CD that came with it. As far as I am aware this is the only CD with the track on which is a shame as it's one of my favorite tracks from Suikoden Tactics.
