Suikoden II Magazine Coverage

So.. This might be sort of difficult, but I figure this site would be my best chance. (Sorry if this is in the wrong section. ><)

I originally bought Suikoden II new, at Wal-Mart no less, for $40 bucks. I had become curious about the game after browsing through a magazine that had printed a 108 Stars guide.

.. Basically, I'm trying to figure out which magazine it was. I'm fairly certain it was EGM, but I can't say for sure. Specifically, I'm looking for the exact Publication (Magazine/Month/Year) if possible.
