Jeane's comment about Dusk Rune*SPOILERS*

When you can first talk to everyone in the castle during nighttime before a major battle, Jeane says:

ジーン「彼等、今度は黄昏の紋章を使わないと思うわ。理由？ナイショよ。」
Jeane: I think they won't use the Dusk Rune this time. The reason? That's a secret.

What could that mean!? She is somewhat omniscient like Leeknat, but just doesn't show it? Or is it because she dealt with the Godwins earlier in the game?

Yep, because she dealt with the Godwins earlier in the game and also because she knows the peculiarities of the Sun, Dawn, and Dusk rune by virtue of being a rune sage and having had worked closely with the Sun Rune.
