Hi! I was inspired by reading some speculations in the Suikox website, and decided to make my own speculation here... Well, I think Rowd is also Reed! Here's why I thought so...
1. Because Rowd went south after his stint in Highland. Tinto is south of Highland!
2. He decided that, after all his evildoing in Suikoden 2, he would change himself entirely. From an almost impossible to beat bad guy ( I'm referring to his fight against Nanami and Riou in Kyaro in Suikoden 2) to an underpowered but loyal servant.
3. Somehow, the two look alike, except that when Rowd turned to Reed, he modified his hairdo a bit. It seems he did this change in hairdo so that no one would recognize him as Rowd!
4. Rowd changed only 2 letters in his name! How could anyone not see this?!
But I don't know if they're the same age. It's the only hole in my theory that I could think of right now. Thanks for giving me a chance to be funny, if ever someone found this funny (I did).
Rowd is also Reed!

Rowd was born in 432 and Reed was born in 442, so its impossible
