Geddoe's eye patch

What do you guys think is under his eye patch?

I think it's the True Lightning Rune, because when Luc finally gets it from him, electricity comes out of that general area, aside from that he had kept it hidden for over 50 years.

So maybe he lost an eye and had it put in the empty socket and then covered it with his eye patch. What'd ya think?

No substantial eveidence on it but it makes sense to me.

He injured his eye during the war with harmonia 50 years before Suikoden 3. There's nothing "hidden" under his eyepatch. It's amazing to see the type of far-fetched nonsense people can come up with! He's always had his True Rune on his right hand.

i believe all True Runes go on ppl's right hands... may be a few exceptions, but True Lightning Rune is clearly on Geddoe's right hand, as illustrated by the game itself.

I bet there's other examples besides these two, but the Rune of Change is definitely on the forehead and the halves of the Gate Rune are on the chest.

They don't have to be on the right hand. Rune of Punishmeng goes on the left hand, and Wyatt had his True Water rune on his left hand, too.

Leknaat has her half of the Gate Rune on her chest, as well.

I thought that all True Runes went on the right hand, except for the Rune of Punishment and the Soul Eater.

Maybe he just wanted to look more like a pirate?

I do believe that it says in the game that the true lightning rune is on his right hand.

As for the eye, he fought in the Fire Bringer war and then spent the next 50 years after that fighting as a mercenary. Plus God only knows what he was doing before that. That makes for lots of opportunities to lose an eye.

He lost it during the first fire bringer war. The Manga will explain this in future volumes (yet unreleased in the USA).

Barbarossa had the Sovereignty Rune on his sword. Either, way there really isnt much of an argument since its already beeen proven that Geddoe has his rune on his hand.

True runes attach only where they want to attach. Most are on the right hand, but there are a few exceptions. 1. RoP on the left hand. 2. rune of change on forehead. 3. Weren't the gate runes on the forehead??????????????????????????? not the chest!!!!!!!!!!!! if the gate rune is on leknaat's chest, then what is the rune on her forehead so clearly shown in S4?

That's not a rune on her forhead. Runes don't typically show visibly on people's bodies. What Leknaat has is some sort of jewel.

Anyways, Konami has stated that Leknaat's Gate Rune is on her chest, and that is as official as you can get.
