Where exactly is Falena?

Where exactly is Falena?

I just don't understand one thing about Suikoden V: Where the heck is Falena? They have references to the Island Nations, and it says it is landlocked, so is it above Scarlet Moon or Kooluk? Please, someone clarify this!

Falena is south/southwest of the Island Nations, which are south of Toran.
