There is also a confurmed Ruin in "northern" Harmonia (which is said to have an "iron Giant"); and then there is one in Kanakan where Loriel and Killey wanted to run off to inorder to get there first.

One thing to make note of about the ruins is that they had to of been Sindarian cities and towns that have since been abandoned making them into Ruins. Who know's, perhaps after the Sindar have been found in the Eternal Cities they may want to reclaim the former civilization through out the world (sort of the same way you rebuild your HQ from rubble).

Suikoden 1 made no mention of Gregminister or Pannu Yukuta at all involving Sindar ruins, infact the Sindar never were mentioned till S2. The revelation of the SIndar race in the Toran region came from a guide translated by Howling Guild on one of her former sites (atleast that's where I first heard it 7 years ago). However, by the looks of things they were in a rush to make they're structures in this area making something less like the expanded maze of Suikoden 2's ruin.
