I am 99.9999999% sure that that isn't the Circle Rune, although I may be wrong

That website does not look official...at all...

Edit:Now that I look at it again, it seem a bit more true...maybe now I'm 80% sure that isn't the Circle Rune, I'd like to e-mail this sites webmaster to ask them where they got the image from, but I can't see how I can...

I find it hard to believe that the Suikosource admins wouldnt have this picture already. It almost looks photoshopped but it does seem very possible it is legit. Any mods or admins know of this picture before?

This is certainly legit, but I don't know if it is the circle Rune or not for me everything is 50%/50% now.

Everytime I look at it, I keep thinking more and more that it actually is the Circle Rune!

It looks too "fancy" to be the Circle Rune itself. Chances are, that is the Harmonian emblem, because if you actually visit Konami's official GS3 website, you'll see it being put up alongside the Zexen flag and the Lizard Clan's banner (as a symbol for the Grasslands).

It's not the Circle Rune. It is more than likely the Harmonian crest. Seeing that the symbol of Harmonia is the Circle Rune, then that crest probably embodies the Circle Rune's likeness. On that particular artifact, it is written in Sindarin "The Holy Kingdom of Harmonia". Thank SARSadmin for his outstanding translation of Sindarin. So, yes, the artifact is most likely not the Circle Rune itself, but a likeness of it.
