I could never get my tongue around 'Fuwalafuwalu', damn i don't even know if i spelt it right.
Imagine trying to yell, 'Fuwalafuwalu, lookout, duck...!'
Damn that guy would be dead before you got to the 'wala' bit. Maybe Konami could have given him a shorter nickname.

Gremio is the name of a Brazillian soccer team. I know that because they made it to the World Cup where they played against Ajax.

I always made fun of my friend who made a comment when you load the game in Lenankamp (I think), Gremio is on the loading screen. He said 'Awesome! Gremio walks!!!'. It just sounded so funny

I think Flik is a weird name, but he's my favorite character. Pesmerge is a pretty cool name.

Haha.........you're friend just made me laugh........
Hmmmm........Flik.......I'm wondering if that's his birth name or did someone else just give him that at a later time........
But then.....take a look at the other names from Warrior Village: Hix......Tengaar......fro example. They have pretty 'unique' names.....

I still think "Yu Kum" and "Kun To" take first and second place, respectively, on the list of WORST NAMES EVER. With "Fubar" a close third.

But I only say that because I think they sound dirty. =P

And on that topic, I guess "Peck" and "Bang" are not best choices for names, either.

Haha... I hate Freyjadour (or whatever the spelling is). I don't like it. Nope. Hopefully, the short vertion of Frey is good.

Also, Simone. That's a girl name for godsake. Simon should have been the spelling.

Yes. The old lottery guy from Suikoden IV.

I have a feeling that characters like Yu Kum, Peck, and Fubar are the result of Konami translators getting bored during late night shifts.

Seriously, Fubar? How can they not know what that means?

Too much coffee I guess...........Ummm....maybe they were thinking of a 'crowbar'?

What other names will we all encounter in the future? "Num-Num"? "Billiardo"? "Procopio"? "Adelberta"?

I personally dislike all the main characters names, except Thomas and Geddoe.

Tir- sounds liek Tar, who calls thier kid Tir? I guess ti kind of goes with McDoul though.
Riou- I wanted it to be Ryu, that sounds and looks cooler.
Thomas- Actually this is a fitting name, he looks like a Thomas.
Lazlo- Lazlo is more of a name for some old man. Not a young hero.
Frey....Something- Suikoden 5 hero has a weird name I can never spell or pronounce.

Whenever I mention the name, "Lazlo", it's always that monkey guy from that cartoon from Cartoon Network they think of. Tir sounds good for a McDohl......but it doesn't fit his clothing/attire.If he was named Tir, he should've dressed a lot more westernized and less Asian-like.
