is that a hard g in "org", as in "orgasm" or is it like "orgy" ? Because I like both.

Both are hard "G"s. Several very famous people have been named Georg, like Georg Hegel and Georg Trakl. Though, most English speakers bastardize it back to George, because it is much easier to say, even some of my college professors lol.
