Because there are only few people to update and who can access the articles here. I read that even KFC can't access articles wholely. I guess that was the issue with Neclord included on the list of 108 stars of SII. It wasn't completely fixed, check the page out. I wonder why.......

The Maximillian Knights were in the Scarlet Moon Empire, just like Warrior's village, so it would make sense if he were from there.
