The white circle.

Ok. Here's what's been busting my brain lately:
I've played SII again and when I went to get Shiegerfield (The unicorn) he said he was a part of the white circle.
I started to wonder... Was that some kind of a druid group in suikoden land?
Were there any more members in any part of the series?
Was feather a part of it?
And maybe even Clift (the guy who founded the warriors village) was a member since he made the ritual of warriors going to fight the unicorn.
What do you guys think??
Peace out
