What is the canon name of the prince's army?

Ask questions about the events that take place during the Suikoden games themselves.

I also called them the Dawn Army (and it did work exceptionally well)

I also named the castle Sunrise Castle (play on the theme).

I doubt these would be anything close to what the novel uses, but I personally like the names I picked for the castle and army; they both relate to the Dawn Rune while still having other meaning.

CASTLE: Morning Sun Castle. I know, rather simple, and not much deeper meaning than "dawn." Still, what's more beautiful than a sunrise (besides a sunset of course)? :D

ARMY: Dawn of Falena. Sticking with the dawn theme, but it's symbolic too. The dawn of Falena, a new age without the evil of the nobility. And I didn't even know the ending yet when I came up with it!

Royalist does suit the name.

However, both sides don't like to acknowledge each other's christened name.

The Royalist Army were usually called "rebels"

The Queen's Campaign Army were usually referred to as the "Godwins".

Such a shame. Even Luca Blight acknowledged the name of Riou's army.

I suppose the explanation is that the Godwins don't like their power to be challenged. The royalist forces would never acknowledge an enemy that's tarnishing the crown.
