I was wondering was the Dawn Rune, Twilight Rune and Sun Rune belonged to the Sindars or The Ancient Armes Kingdome?

Old Armes had the Sun Rune first and got themselves killed. Then the Sindar came and used the Sun rune, Twilight Rune and Dawn Rune to restore Falena.
