Well, that's true, she died after giving birth to Jilia. And mostly by Agares' fault. But then again, it was City-State who organised all that (hired bandits to kidnapp and rape queen Sara in front of Luca) so it's not surprising that Luca felt hatred towards City-State after that. And of course, he blamed THEM for that. That's why he saught vengeance. I always kinda felt sorry for him. Just imagine how would you feel if you've been through all that like he did...you could even understand why he did all those horrible things.

South Window also fought against Toran a lot. If you remember Freed freaking out because he had to escort Sheena to his former enemies capitol. lol, pretty good scene that was. Freed probably pissed his pants.
