So the way I understand it, the GBA version of Suikoden Card Stories is essentially like playing the game with physical cards, right?

My question then is this: does the GBA game have in it all of the cards that exist physically, and if not, which ones does it have?

Only the first set was available in the GBA version. Any expansion sets thereafter were not included.

As such, the handheld game is rather Suikoden II heavy. Whereas the better elements of the card game came later when new tweaks were added with newer expansion packs.
