Composer for the Suikogaidens?

Pretty self-explanatory: who was the composer for the Suikogaidens? Higashino, I'm guessing, but I'd like to be sure.

Miki Higashino

The music in general sounds very similar to Suikoden 2.

Higashino composed the Second Suikogaiden all by herself, but Keiko Fukami composed two tracks (Second disc, tracks 6,7) to the first Suikogaiden.
