Is there any chance to convence a vendor to sell them? I mean Suikoden is not Yu-Gi-Oh, but its still "a japanese card game", and seeing as how people just -need- the cards they cannot read, you think it would be a good canidate, because there are "no english versions"
I wonder if anyone "here" (not forum, like where I live, in America) would desire to collect them, because of the pretty pictures, the cute illustrations and what have you.
or is this a pipe dream? I know I can get them off the internet, but its pretty hard to, even if they were the newest. How popular are they in Japan?

You can get the physical cards from Cardhaus.com, though apparently they haven't stock the latest booster volume yet.

ok, I guess thats the only option unless I master mind contorll and wind up driving some vendor out of business but convincing them to carry 'em.
