Which characters carry over from Suiko 2?

How high will their level be comapred to Suiko 2?

Will their Runes/Weapon Level/Armor carry over at all?

Do any characters who are children of characters from Suiko 1 or 2 get a build up from their parents?

If you mean levels, only Belle, Futch and Viki

How high will their level be comapred to Suiko 2?

Depends how high they were in S2. There was the level 99 trick. So it could be +0 all the way to around +35 of S3 recruiter's level

Will their Runes/Weapon Level/Armor carry over at all?

Nothing carries over except trademark runes. (Blinking etc.)

Meg's level in Suikoden II affects Belle's level in Suikoden III.

i have played suikoden 3 many times over and seen just abought all there is to see exept i do not have suikoden 2 so i have never been able to load the information is it of any sanifficant importants and even if not can somone plz tell me what happens

You get extra plays and a couple of names carry over. It's not too important.
