Lottery board never refresh

did you go to the lottery before you saved, like to check if there were results or not? if you did, then the results are determined and that information will be saved, even if you didn't actually look to see what they were. just visiting the lottery will do it.

i bought 10 random tickets and the results never came even after waiting for 30 minutes

could be you're in a moment of plot which is preventing the normal vendor refresh.

anyway I figured I just discarded all the random tickets and bought the usual 5 sqtl and random tickets

this luck factor kinda bores me so after this hugo chapter one, i decided to play another game instead lol

if you even get near the board the numbers get generated, so you have to be careful.
