Suikoden 3: Miscellaneous Items
Most miscellaneous items listed need to be given to certain characters at Budehuc Castle before they can serve a purpose. These include items such as old books, recipes and scripts. Other items listed include exceptionally rare healing items, specialty items needed to recruit characters and the stat raising stones. A trick involving these stones has also been included. Please refer to the beastiary to find out which chapters the enemies and treasure bosses listed in this guide appear in.

Bath Accessories
Bath accessories can be equipped to any playable character. When a character equipped with a bath accessory enters Goro's bath house, there will be a noticable difference in the appearance of the bath house, such as the color of the water. Only one of each bath item can be acquired during each playthrough.

Banshak Sake Set
      Dropped by: Yellow Svire in the Budehuc Castle Basement, in the Kuput Forest, on the Mountain Path and at Mt. Hei-Tou

Curative Items
Most curative items can be acquired from supply shops, herbs located in certain dungeons and from Barts when his crops have fully grown. Dragon Incense is the only rare curative item available. This elusive item restores 50 hit points for the entire group and can be used an infinite number of times. However, it is only usable during battle.

Dragon Incense
      Dropped by: Fire Reincarnation - Story battle in the Flame Champion's Hideaway during chapter four

Hammers
Hammers need to be given to the weaponsmith, Peggi. Each hammer will increase the maximum level Peggi can sharpen weapons to. The Iron Mammer increases that maximum level to nine. The Copper Hammer increases the maximum level to twelve. The Silver Hammer increases the maximum level to fifteen and the Golden Hammer increases the maximum level to sixteen.

Kennels
Kennels are simply used as replacements for Koroku's default kennel. Once Koroku has been recruited, he can be found just outside the tavern/theater at Budehuc Castle.

Medal Sets
Medal sets need to be given to the appointer, Jefferson. Each medal set will increase the number of titles Jefferson can assign to a character. Several titles are simply for show, however, there are some titles that increase the rank of certain skills; such as swing and heavy damage. Each title can only be assigned to one character and each character cannot be assigned to more than one title.

Old books need to be given to the librarian, Eike. Each book contains interesting information such as the legend of the Cyndar, the history of the Flame Champion and the whereabouts of certain stars of destiny. Detailed information on the contents of each old book can be found here.
