A member of the Dromon Pirates, Felecca is a calm, confident woman who is normally extremely dignified and capable. However, she gushes over anything that is cute or cuddly, and emotes wildly near the Porpros-kin, or children, even asking to pet Nimni when she first met him. She was staunchly defensive of Numnu when she thought he was being kidnaped, and even when his plot was discovered, she wasn’t angry with him. She joined up with the Hero’s Company with her two brothers.

Felecca is an accomplished swordswoman, studying in Astrasia. As such, she felt a great deal of kinship when the Company liberated Pharamond. Hina is often upset by Felecca calling her cute, as it draws attention to her stature. After the fall of the One King, Felecca returns to the high seas, much happier as her crew now includes Numnu. - Matt620
