A female dwarf, Zunda's job is to dig "air holes" for the dwarves to recycle the air that gets into the dwarven caves. Although she does the work, her craftsman's zeal has been dulled by the tedious work. When she meets the Prince, and he offers her a job on his force, she asks to see a window, a human air hole. The Prince takes her to Lunas, where she sees the rough hewn windows there, and joins the Prince as promised.

Dwarven society has no hierarchy other then master/apprentice, but the dwarves often look up to Zunda as a big sister because she is so considerate. Zunda came into her job because she noticed too many a dwarf passing out from lack of oxygen because they just keep digging.

Zunda is a bit misandric, often slamming the male dwarves for making stupid mistakes. After the war ends, Zunda becomes the leader of the dwarves. - Matt 620 (articles), Basel (image)
